COVID-19 Update For All Clients

To Our Valued Clients,


In light of the recent update and restriction from the WA Government, we’d like to personally update you on the COVID-19 situation, and the precautions we’re currently taking to provide a safe and hygienic environment for our clients and staff.


We kindly ask for everyone’s safety, please wear a mask upon arrival. To help ensure the health & safety of all clients and staff some adjustments have been made to our salon policies and procedures, please take a moment to review them below.

  • Check-in with ServiceWA app upon arrival.

  • Masks will need to be worn in the salon at all times by staff members and clients.

  • We respectfully ask for no food and drink to be consumed during the appointment, minimal conversation,

  • and all other guidelines such as the social distance of any other household members to be observed. We ensure our staff comply with any mandatory public health and social measures which are in place at any given time (e.g. wearing masks, physical distancing between each treatment room);

  • In order to avoid handling of cash, we ask for your treatment to be paid by cards, or in advance using the website or direct bank transfers.

  • No additional visitors in the salon.

  • All of our staff members and Lash technicians are fully vaccinated. Whilst beauty salon doesn't require patron to show proof of vaccination. However, to helps to protect the community against COVID-19; we encourage all Lash Nap Studio's clients to get a COVID-19 vaccine, including a booster shot.

If you are not wearing a mask or feeling unwell, or have been to the exposure sites(visit WA Health for the current updates), please do not enter our salon. If you are a close contact, are exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19, and/or have been told by WA Government to isolate/get tested, we request that you do not attend your booking if you have symptoms nor have been told to isolate. You can phone, text, or email us and we will happily reschedule your appointment, and we will waive any cancelation period due to this. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse service to clients who do not wear masks or appear unwell or do not adhere to our salon policies and procedures. Lastly, whilst some of the COVID-19 measures we have taken may be considered extreme because the health and safety of our clients and employees is our top priority.
