Service Description
The skin stain will last around 2 weeks on the skin, adding depth, desired fullness and shape and the colour will last up to 6 weeks on the brow hair. Before Your Brow Henna: - Remove all eyebrow makeup - Ensure brow area is free from any make-up and spray tan residue - Do not use oil on the brow area, including oily make-up remover, oily primers, moisturising cream, sunscreen, etc - Please advise if you have: Any allergies, eye infections, conjunctivitis, sore/swollen eyes, recent surgery, scaring to the area or Trichotillomania Brow Henna Aftercare: - Keep brows dry and away from heat/steam for 24/48 hours - Avoid rubbing or exfoliating the brow area - Keep free from make-up for 24hrs - Avoid swimming and saunas for 24hrs - Do not use any oil-based products: oily make up remover, oily cleansers, etc, as they may cause the henna to fade quicker
Cancellation Policy
24 HOUR BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY As an independent Australian-owned business, we thank you for your consideration of our 24-hour cancellation policy. Our booking policy doesn’t only protect our business but also affects our affordability and ensures fair treatment to all our clients A non-refundable booking fee is taken on all appointments at the time of booking. The booking fee is based on your treatment type and will either be $50 or 30% per treatment. Your booking fee will need to be paid at the time of booking an appointment. Your appointment is specially reserved for you with our specialists. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment, and we kindly ask that a minimum of 24hours’ notice be provided. Should you change, reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, your booking fee is forfeited. We have a strict no-show and cancellation policy. A cancellation or no-show appointment not only costs the business but stops others from having the opportunity to make an appointment at the time. If you do not show up to a confirmed appointment, you will forfeit your original booking fee. When setting your new appointment, a $50 or 30% service fee is held as a non-refundable booking fee and is redeemable after your completed appointment. Please get in touch with us via Facebook, Instagram, email, phone, or text for at least 24 hours to avoid cancellation, change, or rescheduling fees. Thank you for understanding. --- Pre & post-service information – Eyelash extensions Please remove your eye makeup, and contact lenses and keep your lashes in their natural state when coming. If you are coming in for a touch-up from another lash artist, then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed. --- PATCH TEST A patch test is recommended for new clients to check for allergies at least 48 hours before your eyelash extensions treatment, lash lift, eyelash/eyebrow tinting, and brow lamination. A disclaimer must be signed if you choose to opt out of a patch test. It is important to understand that you are proceeding at your own risk. We do not offer refunds if you have an allergic reaction and need your lashes removed. If pregnant, a patch test is compulsory.
